Cancellation Policy

For cancellation please cancel at lease 24 hours in advance. If you cancel at any time your deposit will be forfeited no exceptions. Your deposit can not be transferred and will not be transferred to another persons appointment. Your deposit can not be and will not be transferred to a future appointment unless discussed and approved prior to the day of your appointment. No call/no Show will result in your deposit being forfeited and your card being charged 50% of your total service cost. under no acceptation will the fee be returned after a no call no show . after 30 mins of your appointment has passed and you are not in my chair and you have not contacted me regarding your appointment you will be charged. If your charge doesn't go through successfully you may not book with me again in 1 calendar year.
